Description
HyperQueue lets you build a computation plan consisting of a large amount of tasks and then execute it transparently over PBS. It dynamically groups tasks into PBS jobs and distributes them to fully utilize the allocated nodes. This allows you to run a large number of embarrassingly parallel tasks in a very simple and efficient manner. In our talk, we want to demonstrate how to use HyperQueue on the IT4I infrastructure and simplify the execution of common computational problems.
