We would like to invite you to a focused workshop dedicated to the Integrated Database IDA, which we are currently developing as a special-purpose database integrating data from molecular dynamics simulations, force fields, and experimental measurements.

The main goal of IDA is to establish a curated and standardized data backbone for AI-assisted force-field development, primarily focused on nucleic acid force fields, in particular RNA force fields. This naturally brings challenges related to data standardization, preprocessing, and curation, which we would like to discuss in depth with a small group of experts actively working in these areas.

This workshop is supported by the EXA4MIND project - the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme under grant agreement No. 101092944.
