Description
The final face-to-face meeting of the LEXIS project will take place at Vienna House Diplomat hotel in Prague from Wednesday, October 20 to Friday, October 22, 2021. The meeting is devoted to presentations of all work packages and the introduction of their results inside the consortium and to the External Advisory Board.
All partners of the LEXIS project are welcome to attend the meeting. You can now register for the F2F meeting and the social event.
The meeting is located at Vienna House Diplomat hotel in Prague. We have prebooked the rooms for approximately 40 visitors. If you would like to stay in this hotel, you may book your room using this link. Kindly note that at this point the price of the room might be lower via Booking.com. The link is active till October 17, 2021 and the hotel guarantees a special price in the period from 18 to 24 October 2021. The accommodation costs are the responsibility of each visitor and will be paid upon checkout.
We are currently planning the physical meeting in Prague. In case the situation changes, we will inform you immediately. Please, be informed that there is a free cancellation of the hotel up to 6 PM 1 day before your arrival.
