Information about protection and processing of personal data

- The personal data you enter in the registration form will be used solely for the purpose of organizing the event you are to register for – i.e. email communication related to confirmation of your registration, update of information related to the event, acknowledgment of your participation including links to the published presentations, requests for filling in the evaluation of the event, and similar.
- Please, note that photos or video recordings may be taken at the event for the reporting purposes as well as for presentation of results within the project.
- You shall be fully entitled to access the data you provide via the registration form as set out by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 known as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These rights may be exercised via the contact information mentioned in Section 1.
