Annotation

This event offers a overview of how to construct robust and scalable industrial AI solutions, with a particular emphasis on addressing the complex, real-world challenges encountered in industrial environments. Participants will gain a nuanced understanding of best practices in deploying and maintaining AI systems that must perform reliably under demanding safety critical operational conditions.

Attendees will discover how to use MATLAB with high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure. The sessions will cover strategies for optimising AI workflows, managing large scale data processing, and accelerating model training using both CPU and GPU resources. Real-world case studies will illustrate how to deliver tangible benefits in industrial applications.

Hands-on exercises will provide participants with the opportunity to work directly on MATLAB Online. The workshop will also highlight advanced HPC techniques, demonstrate how to access and utilise resources like the Karolina cluster, and address common pitfalls and troubleshooting methods in industrial AI system integration and deployment. Upon completion, attendees will have a complete understanding of techniques in MATLAB for developing, scaling, and deploying sophisticated AI solutions tailored to the specific requirements.
