Participants are entitled to reimbursement of their eligible travel expenses by the most direct and appropriate means of transport given the distance involved.
Travelling by plane in the economy class is an eligible expenditure for distances over 500 km (if in doubt, use Directions in Google maps).
For shorter distances, second-class train/coach tickets and seat reservations will be reimbursed.
Travel expenses are reimbursed after the event requiring original tickets and receipts.
